1 Create a traditional letter size file. Use the Rectangle tool and add a background colour, no stroke on this layer.
2 Choose the Knife tool.
3 Create some cuts.
4 Add a light foreground colour to the slices so that it shows the writing.
5 Open Paint Shop Pro. Make a new file. Choose the Picture Tube tool. Find the butterflies and click on it. Copy the butterfly and Paste it. Set the Transparency of the layer to Multiply.
6 Repeat the method again.
7 Choose and add a flower from the Symbol file.. Again set the layer to Multiply.
8 Choose and add a flower from the Symbol file.
9 Type a text in a traditional font.
10 Add some more text in a fun font.
11 Now have your own unique stationary. So Save it.
