Draw a lopsided triangle with the Pen tool.
With the Direct Selection tool straighten out the line. Then choose both anchor points. Now select Average.
Then select Vertical.
Right click on the triangle and select Make Guides to turn it into a guide.
Make a triangle using the Rectangle tool. Then, using the Direct Selection tool, pull down or up the anchor points to meet the guide.
Use Alt+drag to copy the first adjusted rectangle. Move it up to fit the bottom guide.
Shift and drag from the upper right corner. Make sure that you have turned off the Snap to Point.
Use the same procedure to build a wall in perspective.
